What Milk is Best for the Elderly?

Drinking milk is beneficial for health regardless of your age. Milk is an excellent vitamin D and calcium source to keep up muscle strength, maintain healthy bones, and prevent osteoporosis. Still, low or non-fat milk is the best choice for the elderly.

The article claim to get vitamin d and calcium from milk but suggests low or non fat milk. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin without fat how does the body get the vitamin d? Needless to say the calcium will do more harm than good without vitamin d to help with the absorbtion
